Our Crossfit foundations classes are mandatory for beginners. Better for your convenience, these are held by appointment only. Please contact our staff to setup your first session.
The class will include basic movement technique, more about the gym, safety and nutrition and will be completed in one night.
Mobility with Coach Mike will be from 5:15 - 5:45 on Monday and 10:00am - 10:30am Saturday. Individual sessions are available on request, please see Coach Mike for details.
