Our Youth Fitness program is offered for youth ages 9-14. The class is more than just fitness, it's learning how to take risks in a safe environment, becoming familiar with body awareness, and making social connections. Just as with the adult classes working out along side each other creates and fosters community.The functional movements that we work on in our sessions help translate out into all other sports and play. Having body awareness, working on agility, conditioning and strength help enhance sport specific goals.
